Indian Air Force File Recovered From Road Side

A confidential file went missing from the highly secured Indian defence headquarters and later found at Delhi roadside by a security guard. The defence ministry has ordered an immediate enquiry on this serious matter and suspects senior level officials to be involved in the matter. The enquiry will have to be carefully done as it will involve some of the senior most officials of the Defence Headquarters. There will be two people under serious investigation due to which the file went missing. One bureaucrat involves a high secretary rank officer and the other director; they were the ones who were responsible to carry the highly sensitive file to a guest house (Bharat Electronics Limited) in Khelgoan Marg.

The file contained all information regarding the massive $11 billion project to buy more than 125 brand new medium range multi-role combat aircraft (MMRCA). There are six major aerospace involved in the tender of the project and this file contained detailed evaluation of the six companies based on the technical data submitted by the companies. The decision was to buy 126 MMRCA and the file would be worth a lot to many of the manufacturers involved in the project. The file in fact was located by a security guard who immediately informed about the file to his senior who happens to be an ex-service official. The official realised the importance of the file which contained highly sensitive information and immediately transported the file back to the defence headquarters.

The decision initially was to order the planes by 2011 mid based on the research and the tender filled by the 6 companies but this unexpected injury may delay the plans even further. We checked our map & as luck would have it we were exactly in middle of nowhere & the first motel on the either was at a distance of 63 mph. Heather & me both sat down, it was 12:00 in night. We looked at each other & then we kissed wishing Happy Anniversary. I looked around once again this was not my idea of anniversary. Suddenly I got a call from my friend James (insurance advisor) to wish me. I told him about our situation. Guess what he reminded of my benefit of having the car repaired in my auto insurance. I asked for the hotline number of this service provider, he assured me no worries he will ask someone from insurance centre to call you. Now I was waiting for the call, it took 17 long minutes to call them. Finally I got the call , spoke with the call centre agent gave out my insurance details, location of my car , & what exactly is the problem . I asked her how much time it will take she said by one hour somebody should be there. She asked is there anything else she can do, I asked what else can be done, she answered any food & drinks. I ordered for a double crest pizza & a bottle of red wine.

After I hung up, I looked at Heather; we sat on the bonnet of our car looking up in the sky & started talking just like old times. It was around quarter to 2 in night a huge Van approached our car, they were from the insurance provider. A tall lean fellow Thomas came out with few forms, he handed it over to me asking me to fill it, inspected the wheel. He went inside the van & came out with pizza & wine (there was an extra charge towards it). Heather & I dug into the warm pizza & enjoyed the wine. After the tyre was replaced, Thomas told we can resume our journey & gave his card in case of any other trouble.

Heather & I was delighted to get into the car, we started once again. I thanked God, Thomas, the insurance provider & my best friend James most of all. Who said it’s not wise to have your best friend as your insurance advisor ask me.

AA plans to expand its Dublin operations

Economy is improving. Job opportunities are automatically increasing due to that and millions of people who lost their job are slowly getting their own job back or are able to take advantage of the new job opportunities in the market. AA similarly wants to employ new people for their Dublin headquarters.

They are currently in hunt for people specializing in I.T and financial fields. They plan to employ a decent number of 40 people in both the departments. This will greatly help the people in Ireland with 40 new openings in a reputed organization like AA.

The new job opportunity rises from the increasing demand of AA insurance and the increase in the demand of AA's recovery services with their highly popular road rescue service. What’s up in Budget Menu for California?

A 266 page budget proposal was released by Gov .Jerry Brown on Jan 10 for California. Fingers are crossed with high expectations as things are looking to come up after recession.

Some of the key features of the proposal are

* Strong explanation for reducing or increasing the allowances or realigning the responsibilities
* As of now proposals are only for financial term of 2011-12 & it might change in coming years
* Change in policies has been mentioned in proposal

With revenue of 2010-11 falling short of expectation by $3.1 billion, the projections for year 2011-12 is $25.4 billion.

Some of the state sponsored institutes & programs are facing with massive cut in their allowances. These include Medi-cal, California’ s welfare-to work- program , University of California, Department of development services , state operation & employee compensation. Medi-cal being the biggest casualty by facing a cut of $1.7 billion.

It’s also proposing to borrow some funds from Property Tax Shift & “Special Funds”.

More responsibilities will be aligned to respective counties. They will be accountable for Child Welfare Services, Adult protective services, funds of court security. They will be also provided support in terms of Fund s for alcohol & drug rehabilitation.

One of the areas of concern in the age of global warming is cut of $12.8 million towards Environmental protection. Local governments will be in charge of fire protection & medical help in forest & wildlife areas, by doing so they will be saving the funds required for Fourth Fighter of CAL FIRE.

Education is another area not having much change; K-12 allowances are still the same from previous budget. A cut of S1.7 billion towards total funding of General fund for higher education.
