Motorist in Saudi Arabia will now be able to peacefully move around as a reliable breakdown service 24 hrs a day and 7 days a week is being introduced by Hanco (Al-Tala'a International Transportation Co. Ltd) from January 2011. Hanco which was formed in 1976 is introducing this emergency breakdown service along with its partnership with MID (Middle East Auto Services).

The emergency service will deal with all the common and major issues motorist face. Some of the most common ones being flat tires, low powered batteries and some who face trouble with fuel. The emergency service will also include towing services along with a recovery service. A driver facility will also be provided if required. Hanco already has a Customer Care which a single number 92 000 18 44 which meets all customer requirements for reservation and enquiry purposes. For their Customer Care they are partnered Acxiom MENA which is worldwide head in its field of marketing services.

Hanco which has its head office in Jeddah recently bought a fleet of cars worth $35 million and the fleet includes all the major brands like Hyundai, Toyota, Honda and Chevrolet. With the new lot Hanco now has more than 10,000 cars in their fleet which the motorist can choose to rent from any of their 34 rental outlets which is spread across a network of five local offices.
